Professionally, Jennifer works with Stantec and leads their global human resources team. When she was 19, she was promoted into a leadership role and thus began her passion for people, culture, and how to make work … work! She is not a “just one thing” person. She falls in love each day with the joys of new ideas, and finding the weirdness of work, life, and humans. Her favorite podcasts range from the Dinner Party Download, to On Being with Krista Tippet, and Under the Influence with Terry O’Reilly. She’d describe herself as playful, non-traditional, and a very good eater. In fact, her favorite thing to eat is anything that someone else has prepared with a side of great conversation (and prosecco). She finds joy in working with groups and individuals to understand their “why’s” in life and how this can express itself in our paid professional work.
