What gets you out of bed each morning? My love for what I do. I work with people of all ages, and really value the connections I have with each and every one of them.

What’s your favourite book? Does a cookbook count? The Oh She Glows Cookbooks are my absolute favourite. Whether I need a healthy, hearty soup to help me get through the winter, or a fresh, tasty salad, an evening with one of these cookbooks is one of my favourite forms of self care.

What 3-5 words best describe you? Passionate. Generous. Adventurous. Kind.

What’s your favourite thing to eat? Where is it from? That depends on my mood! I've always been a pretty big fan of pizza. Rosso and Die Pie are my two favourite pizza joints in town. I could happily live off just the poutine from Noorish, and I love most things sweet.

What’s something that people don’t really know about you? I've always dreamed of creating a line of kids yoga and meditation books.

More... I was lucky enough to find yoga and meditation at the young age of 12. I knew right away that this was something I wanted to have in my life forever. Through yoga, my understanding of who I am evolves every day. This practice has shown me that I can always find new levels of experience within my body and mind. The more I develop my personal practice, the more inspired I am to live with intention, purpose and grace.
