What’s your favourite thing to eat? Where is it from? It is a tie between fresh donuts from Ohana Donuterie and soft serve ube (purple yam) ice cream from Yelo’d.

What’s something that people don’t really know about you? I have travelled to over 30 countries.

Jenny is the Education Programs Supervisor with the City of Edmonton where she manages educational waste programs such as school presentations, tours of the Edmonton Waste Management Centre and the Master Composter Recycler program. Previously, she worked as the Programs Coordinator at the Reuse Centre to develop educational programs focused on reuse. As well, she’s the Ignite co-chair on Edmonton’s NextGen committee and a member on the WinterCity Advisory Council. She’s very excited to talk all about YEG waste with other women at the event!
